  3.    Choose a race to play, each race has a different ship design, 
  4.    a different planet type and a different strength in a technical
  5.    area.  Choose your favorite, or choose random to have the 
  6.    computer select a race for you. (see races)
  7. Computers:
  8.    Specifies the number of computer opponents that you will 
  9.    match yourself against.
  10. Smarts:
  11.    Lets you select how smart the computer races will play
  12. Stars:
  13.    Choose the number of stars in this sector.
